What is an "International Order?"
An international order is one that is shipped to any location outside of the US or Canada.
Shipping Rates and Procedures
The Attacking Anxiety and Depression program is shipped via UPS Express for a flat fee of $49.95. This fee does not include any applicable duties or fees, payment of which you may be required to provide when the product arrives. Please check with your local post bureau for more information.
The Attacking Anxiety and Depression program is shipped to street addresses only. We are unable to ship to international PO Boxes at this time.
Typical delivery time is under 7 days from the time the order is processed.
Payment Options
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the "Installment" payment option to our international customers. All international orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are to be made with a major credit card using US funds. All prices are in US dollars.
Product Availability
At this time, only the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program (with accompanying CD's) is available to be shipped to international addresses. The Attacking Anxiety and Depression program with Coaching Videos is currently only available for domestic orders.
